Larry, pm 22 Footer on the MO board. He is one of the owners of Cajun Fryer. It about the best design I've ever seen for a cooker. Plus you can re use your oil over and over for multiple fish frys due to the design.

fish cookers ? My regulator died (after 20 years) and from the looks, would be just as well off to get new cooker versus just the hose and regulator. Have looked on ebay, walmart, lowes and amazon. Just thought might could give me business to someone on the board
thanks
Larry

x2 on what Speck said! I got me a 2.5 gallon size last winter and we love it! That Cajun Fryer will fry fish faster than you can bread them! The only thing when you get one be sure and get a extra basket! Just makes it alot easer cooking with 2 baskets.
I know when I was in Richland, MS last fall, I called them, they are over at Homer, LA. The lady I talked with said that if I would come over there to the factory that they had several scrached units that they would give a good discount on. But they didn't have any in a 2.5 gallon size that I wanted. The one that I got is really just a table top model with a added wheel kit.
I think Bell Gas up there have some. Ain't that the name of it? Kinda in the old part of town.
