    I had a little problem with an EGO net. I called Rickey at crappie hotspot this am and made a call and bam shipping me a replacement, No hoops to jump through or reciepts just problem fixed. Thanks Rickey

    I had the same experience with them on my sliding handle. It got hard to slide and they sent me a new one, no questions ask!!!! I've sold a bunch of em, and usually they work perfectly.

    Mine wont slide at all now just leave it out. Wish i had complained maby they wouldave sent me another one too!!!

    They had a bad batch of handle mechanisms that did that. They've fixed the problem now, and if you call them, they will send you a new one!!! Great folks to deal with.

    me, too, brm.........have to have pliers to loosen it .....and the plastic slides off.
