I have been on the water so much, I haven't been able to post. Here is a recap of the last few days on the Rez. Thursday afternoon my wife joined me for some crappie action. We ended up with 7 BIG keepers. She caught the big fish which weighed in a 2.5 lb on the digital scale and was about 16.5 inches long. What a toad!

I took off work Friday and hit the water with my brother and dad. We tried to find some shallow single pole crappie with no luck. Reverted back to the long lines and hit em a lick. We ended up with 21 keepers and about 30 throwbacks. We have several 2 lb fish and another big fish at 2.5 lb. Only God can paint a sunrise like that!

Saturday I fished solo and long lined Bobby Garland stroll'rs. The fish couple placed I tried were slow but ended up finding a real good location. The bite was ON! I kept 28 and threw back close to 50 fish. It was a great day. I even landed a 3-4 lb striper on 6 lb test line.. It gave me a run for my money...

To God be the glory!
