Thanks for the prayers from everyone. He's still in ICU and hasn't held down a bite since he was admitted on Wednesday. Although he looks worse everyday, they are talking about maybe moving him out of ICU tomorrow. I hope not. We went through something extremely similar in October last year. They couldn't figure out was was wrong, so they would cut him loose early in the week, only for him to return later in the week. They did this 3 weeks in a row last time and then removed his gal bladder and gave him a new stint. You CAN'T find a Dr. in that place on the weekend! I am NOT a Baptist Desoto person anymore to say the least.

ES best advice i can give you is have him transported to baptist east or St frances. Went thourgh this with my mother desoto could not find out what was wrong with here had her moved to St france and with in 24 hrs they got her problem diagonised and 48 hrs later doing great then 24 hrs later on our way home. You will have to rasie h-ll to get it done but they got to let you do it. Our insurance would not cover ride from desoto to St france but it was money well spent paying for Southaven to transport her.My mother inlaw has worked for baptist for 42 yrs in hr department and she herself will tell you b

ES, I feel your pain brother. I lost both my parents last year in a 8 month span, it hurts alot. I'll say a prayer for you and your family.

Good news. They have moved him to icu stepdown. Still running tests on GI. Havent been updated on his heart either, so actually we dont know anything. Did I mention I dont like this hospital? All griping aside, I praise God for his recovery thus far and pray he comes home soon. Thanks for your support

Glad he's doing some better and hope they get to a plan pretty quick. Amazing how much it costs to stay in a place like that in order to find out so little.
