Didn't get to take the boat but me and the wife drove down to Sardis today--hardly anybody on the main lake--and a ton of people on the lower. There were 5 or 6 warden trucks and it looked like they were checking every boat coming out--wow- I tried to spot BRM's boat but couldn't--had a bit of a proud papa moment though--I thought we saw BRM's boat and I said naw--no body is up front--and my wife said-so that's not BRM cuz they would be spider rigging--holy cow she actually new what it was, what it was called, and kinda how you do it--made me happy

That's what shocked me--I know she is insanely smart (other than marrying me) but she doesn't get excited about fishing--it was pretty cool.

When we pulled out at engineers point the popo drove past us as we were transfering fish from livewell to cooler. Just knew he was fixing to check us. He never stopped. Too windy I guess. Didn't want to mess up his hair....lol
