Looks like BASS pro Britt Myers to me. He is probably headed to the bass masters classic in Shreveport.
Just looked at a new rig at Lakeway, it is strictly a crappie rig and has a power pole on it. Seen another little addition on it as well, sifering on a way to rig me one.:D
