I made one in about 5 minutes the other night with one of those injectors. Took a drill bit and bored out the hole and cut off the ring around the nipple where the needle attaches

Don't know if will work yet but I just stopped @ Tractor Supply & picked up a 2 count box of 60 cc syringes with a catheter tip for $4.99. Gonna try them Sunday.

Mu prob is with the syringe nibbles get stuck coming out

I also use the childrens medication syringe from WalMart. Works good as long as it isn't too cold.
