Those are Duracraft seat mounts, the boat came with 2 seats and each pedestal had one of those on it. The seats lock into them. They work out pretty good, when you get to where your going you fold your seat foward, it unlocks and you put it on the pedestal mount the same way.
I think willsjwills aka "Mr.John" helped design that rail mount system back in the day when he was building boats for the Ward brothers.

Like sticksteer said, you can get it customized with anything you want. They are a little over $200.
I'm 5'11" , 263 lbs, she'll hold ya ! Give Wayne a call and tell him you need one of them "Big ole Boy" models....wich is everyone he makes ! Price is $216 and worth every dime . None of that light guage aluminum, these are made of some heavy duty materials with some thick welds .
