Looks good. What the heck is it?

Took a whole pork tenderloin and sliced it. Browned on both sides and put in the crock pot. Made gravy and poured over it in the crock pot, has been cooking for almost 3 hours. Biscuits are in the oven, we fixxin to eat!!! Will take a pic of my plate when the biscuits get done.

Left overs G, that is a BIG crock pot. We do tenderised deer meat this way too, my favorite way to cook it.
