Lower unit is in the back of the truck, that motor is junk, well it aint running anyways. Going back with a 200 Merc that is on my other boat. Wished I had taken better before pics of it before I started the clear, major difference. I'll be ready before WB!!:biggrin

Almost all of em, jets in the carbs are different and the bore, otherwise most of the other stuff will switch out. Gonna put it up for a parts motor.

You go john. I had a fish/ski boat set up for spider rigging at onw time. Just wasnt enough room for all nessas stuff lol
