I have a extra TM, cant decide whether to keep for a spare or sale it. It would be a booger to ship I feel sure and would be costly. anyone in the Iuka-Corinth area that might have an interest you can pm me and we will discuss if I want to part with it or not. Not a bad idea to have a back up I know. Its a Maxxum 70lb 24v cable type, not sure of the age, MS Slab might can enlighten you on that tho

If it won't hurt your budget, I'd keep it too. Then again, with that Terrova, you'd be hard pressed to go back to a cable steer if yours was in the shop for repairs and given the lake you fish, you're not liable to single pole the thick stuff.

Therefore, my advice is to do which ever makes you happy.

Thanks Hugh, think I will just put it up and have it if I need it. Nice motor and cant never tell, might need to lend it to someone that needs one till they get theirs outta the shop

I kept mine when I put my terrova on in hopes of getting a newer boat down the road and was not about to let my terrova go with my boat.
