Really, really, bad news!

I can't crappie fish or rig on the Ranger this weekend.











There is good news however... Monday morning I should have pics of some big ole yellowfin for your viewing pleasure! Seems the tuna are jumping in the boat out from Venice right now. I got offered a last minute trip and couldn't say no.

Y'all have fun on the lakes and save me some. If it helps, I was on Sardis when I got the call. Lake is low and muddy. Big white bass are biting, few crappie, in the thirty minutes I got to fish.

Good luck on your Venice trip Carl. Did that a few years ago, it'll make you go "WOW" when you get out there and the yellow fins are breaching the water all around you as far as you can see. Oh, yes, expect a good upper body workout too.
