Default Got some bad news this week

I been knowing it was comin since the tornados came through last April, but thought the urge would pass. My wife has decided to add a safe room, a mud room and one of them fancy screened in patios to our house. Now you might think, "oh that's great", but it really ain't. The only location she would have it, has only got three or 4 minor obstacles to werk around. The first obstacle is there ain't no door where she wants to go into the mud room. Second, the dryer vent exits the existing wall into the proposed mud room area. Third, the existing meter base is on the wall above where the dryer vent exits. Fourth, the telephone box is neatly arranged beside the meter base. Other than that, it oughta be an easy build.

Now here's the bad news. I could have bought BRM's Xpress, all of his and WB's lectronics, everybody on here lunch fer a week and hired Feelay, Bigger, John Harrison, John Woods and Munta fer a week each for what this is gonna cost us. But, she's gonna be happy and ifn ya been married long enuff, you know that's what really matters.

You will love the screened porch. I built Deb one 2 years ago and we sit out there every afternoon. We built ours out of 8x8 red cedar. Have 3 florescent light fixtures and 2 "outside" fans. Your dogs will have a problem. Deb's boy brought his 2 heel biters over right after we got finished and 1 tried to run through the screen.

A SAFE room is a good idea and the mud room will make life much easier for her and you can't beat a screened in patio is really a joy. Only question is: When you gonna have time to fish this spring/summer?
