for my truck, I currently pull my boat with the bumper but ifn I go to a different boat, its gonna be at least 18 feet or longer and will be wider and of course I feel sure heavier. I been lookin at hitches and seems that class III would be the way to go since it is rated at 5000lb and the class II is 3500lb, is the class III overkill ??
