I guess different carriers have the same thing with different names. I had to program our two phone #s in mine but I can always program more. I think they would have to be AT&T phones though.

and on your account!!! at least that's Sprints rule... our neighbors had sprint and wanted us to add their #'s... sprint said NO.... But we will send them one of their OWN... Sprint didn't charge us for the box or the service. Because they didn't want us to change carriers. When we moved here we were going to hook it up here to boost signal and they said it would be $100.00 a month. (We are in a good coverage area here). Also they wanted the box back or they would charge us for it. they sent us a prepaid fed ex label to return it.
I can add any AT&T number to mine. It's no monthly fee but I had to pay $200 for it. They're gonna get ya one way or another.
Had mine 2-3 months, works fine no more outside to make calls.

I've had one of the mini towers for about 8 mos now, and it has gotten to where we lose all service inside the house, no bars and a big X for no service. This is 20 feet from the tower, it comes and goes, may have to turn off our cell phones and back on just to get a signal. It also takes several tries to get a text msg to "go" as well. Hate AT&T.
Guys you can order a cell booster off the internet... No internet needed for it. It is great for camps where there is no internet service.
Amazon.com: zboost
I have a signal amplifier in my truck made by Wilson Electronics that plugs into the accessory plug, has an antenna for the roof and it increases your signal to 3 amps. They also make them for your home or for whole office buildings. It comes in handy when we are camping and there is no cell service.
