Feeling alot better than yesterday. Sinus were in bad shape and I had a sore throat and fever. Took some meds (2 stout vodka drinks, LOL) and feel better today

heck yea I cook and I'm a darn good cook too!!! If its italian, fish, deer meat or going on the grill, I'm going to be the one cookin it!!!

Giving the boy the benefit of the doubt. It really is that easy. Biggest thing I love about the BGE is I get to go to sleep now. With the old offset smoker I used to use, it was every hour add 10 Charcoal brickettes and a piece of applewood soaked wood. Now once I get it up to temp and it stays there for about an hour, I go to sleep and don;t worry bout it. I've had it stay the same temp (225) for 14 hours before.

Nuttins broke nor is there anything wrong Tracey. Everythings all good
