    thinking about buying a new fish finder hummingbird 597 ci hd di. still debating. any suggestions or advice. thanks in advance

    have 1100 series for 3 years. love it. takes some time to get to know it. just play with it but try not to run too many things (screens) at onetime, it might run slow or lock up. you can check for up dates at web sight so you can keep up with the technology. just remember that where youmount the unit and transducer willhave a difference of a few feet. on the gps side. try to the two has close has possible.
