EZ figured it out.

Once u have logged in, start a thread or view one then select 'reply' then type ur message n the area 'reply to topic' then click on 'open advanced options'. Then if ur pic is in the photo album, then click that. If not find it wherever it is Select ur pic, then select 'this forum' then I select smaller. It will upload the pic then click 'send'.
