I made sure to change it over to Salt water before we took off from the ramp the first day. I really thought I'd found me a honey hole til I talked to a guy at the ramp. GARFISH in the pics around 4:20 lol MAN they were think in there. Ima repost them from photobucket so they're bigger. I knew if I only posted from there Wb would get all whiney

Great pics DD.. Those look really good. That is a bunch of fish... Are they all gar? The picture with depth 17.6 look like a different type of fish since they are near the bottom.
Great pics DD
May be Zack but I do know they said this just off the river lake was a major Gar hole. May have been a few Mullet in there cause the Pelicans were dive bombing it pretty hard.

Neat, are the black marks on the bottom shadows of fish?

Good pics. Good to see clear images are possible in the salt water too. Did you notice any difference when the waves were ruff or did you stay in calm water all the time? Have heard the roll of the waves distorted the picture. Have been wanting to use the down image on some rock piles where we fish in the Gulf and side image for when trolling for spanish & kings. The cool thing with trolling in the ocean is the clear water gets those fish to come up a long ways to get a bait. The side image/down image would help increase bites knowing what depth to run a bait. Friends of mine down in the FL panhandle flats found the trout & reds had moved back out of the rivers and onto the flats with the warmer weather. 3 man limits 4 days straight. But our limits are a lot more restrictive than farther west.
