Hey, I'll try it, it's got to be good. I think that when SteveJ fries fish, he cuts them into strips like that. You get more corn meal and seasoning that way.

I showed ur post to Mary an she said it looked so good that I needed to go fishing and catch some for her. I told her, I guess I can do that for you, if you really insist.

When we know that the grand sons are coming over my wife make the boys fish sticks cut the crappie in strips or nuggets, the boys tear em up.
