    Cut the backbone out b spread em.out. cook at 350-375 off set cooking. 12 lb birds bout 1 1/2 hours. I got a 22 1/2 lb bird on the egg now. Been on for 2 1/2 hours at 375 n the unternal temps up to 145. Bout another 45 minutes n its eatin time

    Think I'm gonna smoke a ham Wednesday night on the Traeger. Done a couple last week and man were they good. Juicy ain't the werd.
