Now that he's doing better and all....what the heck is a fistula? Issat the thang what causes him to....well....um....look like that? And before the next FJ, is it contageous?

Now that's a good one WB. Actually I got all these good looks the old fashioned way. Genetics, healthy diet, and exercise. I am on dialysis 3 days a week. A fistula is when they take a vein in your upper arm and sew it to the artery inside your elbow. With this arterial pressure blood flowing through the vein it causes it to enlarge as it matures. Once it matures it makes for a blood rich target for them to stick you with two paneling nail size needles to hook you to the dialysis machine. Out of all this I did learn I can squirt blood clear across a room and not faint. Thanks for all the well wishes and prayers.
