I'm very upset. My poor fish

Every evening the girls and I walk out on the pier and feed the fish. It's a great way to wind down with my kids after work. This 11 acre lake is what drew us to this house and it is full of monsters. We have a huge school of bream, several 2 lb bass and a 6 lb bass that live under our pier. Not to mention the 10 lb catfish that frequent our feedings as well. The overflow pipe on the levee has sprung a leak and has to be repaired. Therefore we are draining the lake as of 6oclock tonight. This pipe runs deep and I don't see the fish surviving. Not happy

ES you have some bad luck.... just sayin. Seems like anything with the word fish in it is jinxed. I hate that. We have a lake behind our house also and our lil guy loves to go down there and fish.....or throw rocks in the water ifn the fish ain't bitin'. Hopefully it won't be as deep as ya think it is.

Sho hate it, i know the girls won't understand. How low they going to pull her down? Could help the lake in the long run if they don't pull all the water out. Did they consult a anybody or did they just decide to pull her down?
