Scott, thanks for the heads up on this, when I got home I made sure that I got them all hangin by the back hooks

I did put some longer baits in mine bill up, and one or two did get under the dividers. The cross divider (from left to right) will lift up enough to get them out fairly easily. The front to rear dividers not so easy, but mine didn't get under those because they don't move up and down much, if any. I think if I would have put them in bill down, it would be no problem at all.
