Never heard of it being ordered like that, visitor center at any COE lake can fix ya up. Might call and check their hours tho, I have been pissed a time or two lately cause no one was in the office due to cut backs.

I know you can go by and pick one up. I was hoping they have it set up to order on line like everything else these days! I think I have an old form I used last year to mail in. Thanks.

you can call the feild office at Arkabutla pay with a credit card and they will mail it to you--it will take about 3 days to get to you.

Stop by the field office at any of the COE lakes to get one or go to: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers -- Vicksburg District for the Vicksburg District web page.
