Which brings up my old soap box. Let people keep 20 fish per boat/ 10 per wader/bank fisherman, and only 2 over 15". Nobody needs to keep 20 fish 2 pounds or better.
I would like to see it done this way for a few years. Then I think the world record would be broken, or at least one close to that weight would be caught, in 5 years or less.
Cut him some slack Rees...we been calling him names since yesterday...so he's a little sensitive about now. :)
