When you get close to the dam Look for a sign that says hwy 315 turn west on it....it will take you down behind the dam by the lower lake and the camp grounds....then turn at the sign that says Paradise Point Picnic Area.

I went by the Corps office and he said there are two pavilions at Paradise Point. Both are reserved from 9:00am till 2:00pm. After that they are open. I asked if I should reserve one and he said he wouldn't cause he was fixing to leave the office and nobody would be there for anyone else to reserve them so I'm gonna be sitting there at 2:00.
