Holic , no matter how much he trims up the bow wont get enough lift without breaking water.
try dropping the motor down a hole or lower it if it has a jackplate...it will help the prop bite a little more

I/m thinking you're going the wrong way. I'd be going up Instead of down. I have mine as high as I can and you can fill the lift once it is on full plain.
11" under the bottom of the boat sounds really really low...you should probably be around 4-5 inches...most bass boats run 2-4 in below pad
if you were meaning .11" than that is definitely too high
