Yeah, Goodtime did the same with ours. 90% of crappie caught, measured, held in a livewell, moved to a bag or whatever to weigh, weighed, and then returned to the lake will die, my number is most likely low too.

Its really hard to keep one healthy enuff to release and even harder in an aluminum boat.
#1 the livewells are usually much smaller. #2 most glass boats sit low enuff to keep the livewells below the waterline which keeps them much cooler. #3 very few tin boats have recirc. on the livewell very crutial when you got that medecine in the water.
#4 Metal transfers the sun's heat much more than the fiberglass usually meaning the water temp is higher than the surface temp.
