If I can stay around 150 - 175 I feel good. But when I am below 150 I feel like sleeping all day long. I have to eat a candy bar or something.

Minner what we have to realize is that for you and I sugar is like a drug. I drank a regular can of Coca Cola for lunch something that I have not had for a long time and I felt like I got high from drinking it!
