I done told Nessa that here when it cools down abit and she's NOT HOME for for a couple hours that Chittlins are gonna get cooked. Boil them outside, then fry em up inside. She said she eat them as long as I didn't tell her what they were LOL

Fried are much better than boiled, but still, won't fight anybody over em... A girl I used to date had a family Chittlin cooking for thanksgiving... My lord those people put away miles of that stuff
I like em boiled til the Stank is out of em, them fried til they crisp. This smaller ones are dang good
That stuff is gross! There are plenty other things to eat than poop chutes!
I'd rather have a crappie filet any day of the week haha
chittilins are best when you leave a little corn in there for seasoning . sweet ! ya'll ought to try them pig ear sammiches . everybody needs to try it at least once . don't forget the hot sauce .
