    Hey guys and gals, i'm trying to get set-up my boat for pulling cranks and am trying to see if anyone has any used Daiwa 17lc reels they are looking to get rid of?

    Not many folks using the Daiwa's most use Okuma. Not saying the Daiwa's aren't any good, just haven't penetrated the C.C market as well as Okuma.

    Hey now Major, That is all I run on my crank poles! Hard to beat a Diawa lc reel. Cost a little more but as far as I am concerned well worth it.

    Notice I said "not many", I know you run them and Creek has at least one, just be harder trying to find used ones on here than Okuma's.

    There arent many used Diawas cause there are very few that have problems!

    MrGoodtime, I wasn't trying to insinuate that the Diawas weren't good reels, just that there would not be as many used ones as Okumas. Hope you get all you want.

    Dont worry Maj., i didnt take it that way, Rees guide( my partner ) uses them and i realy like them
