After finding out that my 3 bank charger was still under warranty I snatched it out and didnt pay real good attention to exactly how it was hooked up. I see that there is a jumper between the two trolling batteries and the actual trolling motor is hooked to the positve on one battery and the negative of the other (I think) but I dont remember if the trolling motor needs a jumper also. The first one with a good discription I will pm all my gps spots of where you will not catch fish at Butla.

#1) That's the first time I ever seen somebody come out and admit they's stewpit like that. Usually, I have to point it out.
#2) I'd have thought that DD had plenty of GPS coordinates with no fish on em.
Not so fast there reb. What you got - 1, 2 or 3 batts. 12, 24 or 36V Trolling Motor. Sorta makes a difference. Not that DD would understand all that.

I have a 24v motorguide tm, two 12v tm batteries, 1 12v cranking battery. I taped the cranking battery wires so I got it hooked up ok. A 3 bank charger.
We killed 'em here yesterday.

yep on 2 batteries. I just went through all this a couple months ago when I went form a 24 V to a 36V

Yep, one jumper. I was worried you might have one the 12/24V TMs and there could have been a jumper up front, but if you're straight 24, one jump at the battery is all there should be.
