Fuses 1st, ground second, hot third. Since entire side is out, most likely not a bulb since most have seperate bulbs for turn and tail.

Read out connector if its ok it will be in the trailer wiring.If its a blown fuse check wiring or a blown bulb.

Go get DonDon's 12v test light ,new in the box and check your pig tail on your truck.If you have power then work your way back.
