Another one of our folks (I'll not disclose who), got a ticket for not having a pass or daily permit displayed. This was because he/she forgot to display the annual pass. He took the ticket and the pass to the guy there (not sure what agency), explained the situation and the guy took the ticket back and voided it. There could be some confusion about the regs on both sides.
