I know that on my disabled "Access Pass" the COE was left out as one of the gov. agencies that could issue them. Here's a link on the "Senior Pass".

If you call the visitors center at Grenada, the sweet lady will tell you what you need. I think she told me the age for 1/2 price is 62 but you need a membership from somebody.
yup, your correct. i just talked to Kay, a very nice lady at the coe office at sardis. here is the deal as i understand it. the normal launch pass is 30 bucks a year, but for seniors pass 62 years old it is 15 bucks, IFFFFFFFFFFF you have some kind of federal national park pass that is 10 bucks for seniors and can be bought at a federal location in oxford. down in oxford often, may try to find that place and go that route. there is a additional charge should you wish to launch your boat prior to reaching the water, just sayin

You can get the discounted Coe permits at Dwayne Hayes camp ground in Columbus. Don't have to be a member of nuthin. I'm sure of this cause my dad ain't gonna join nuthin.
I drove to Forest, MS to get my Access Pass at the Bienville Nat. Forest office. It's good all over the country at National Parks besides the COE discounts. Campsites are half price at all COE campgrounds also.

I think the "Access Pass" is for disabled folks and for folks over 62, it's the "Seniors Pass", if I read it right. I think they both have the same discounts. They used to have a "Golden Age Passport" that the COE could issue, but they've now been replaced.
