You can do that with 2-4-D also....it will go down and kill all of the roots. You need to do it right after you cut them....don't put it off for a few days because the cambium layer must still be alive on top to carry the herbacide down to the roots.....if it starts to dry out on the cut stump then it will not be able to do this.Quote:
