There are two wires that run from tank bottom you can unplug one of those no more noise.
Be sure to mix it or be sure its full EVERY time you put your boat in. Just because the sensor is hollaring doesnt mean you aint getting oil if the sensor is bad. Need ot disconnect the line as well that feeds the oil or your gonna be oiling double and foul out plugs. Dont ASSUME anything, stop the tank from feeding oil and mix your oil in your gas, was with a guy the other day that killed a 90 horse cause he had taken the sensor a loose and forgot to check his oil.

Maybe just zip tie the oil hose going to the pump from the tank,to crimp it shut
