Made the first four too big (uncooked in the middle and brown on the outside). Made a spoon correction and then it was smooth sailing from there. Appreciate you guys putting up the recipe board.

Do yourself a favor...buy a melon scoop, you know...the kind that has a thumb lever for dropping, like an ole fasioned ice cream scoop. All your pups will come out pefectly round and the exact same size.

Been usin one of those little ice cream scoops for three years. They make great pups.

I just like mine to look home made not some perfect circle. The way I do it with a spoon and my fanger, you get little pieces that stick out and they get real crunchy. That's my favorite part., Kinda like the Fish and Chips and Bass Pro. The little dough balls from the batter that get real crunchy are addicting
