It's too hot out there for me to even think about an all day trip now that it's summertime. This time of the year my fishing is from daylight until about noon of the latest, but I do know if you can stand the heat you can still catch fish. Congrats on a good day on the water and to the limit.

Thanks gabowman... I paid the price for sure, I can't take the heat very well either, don't think I could do it tomorrow it someone paid me a million bucks, my legs were shaking like Elvis.

Good job Cowboy!!! I went Sunday & got tired of reeling in dinks. I did bring home 5 good fish. Left About 9:30 befor the loons got out.

Sardis has WAY TOO MANY dinks. They need to take the 12" limit off. In 3 trips we have caught over 440 crappie and had 39 over 12".

Pretty sure you can bait a hook with with a coke top and catch fish. Those fish are hungry !

The COE all have way too many unders but they don't care bout fishing.. It's all bout flood control so they say... But why are there slots and creel limits...MDWFP has seen that fewer numbers grow larger animals when it comes to deer... Dropping the creel limit and raising slot prob won't be the answer especially for every lake.. Maybe a creel limit change with no slot change would have helped certain lakes.. Hard to spend the money on gas to keep 6 fish not to mention be stuck in a $&@& lifejacket because someone says so..
