What is dead rise? The front deck is dropped 9"s, behind the seat pedistals are the bait wel and live well. It has 24" sides and a 20" transom

Looks good, it is laid out a lot like mine. I hope it rides better though.

Torch, did I read correctly the other day when you wrote that you had $2,700 in your new outboard. If so, how did you do that?
