    Which technique do yall think on average catches the biggest fish,besides jig fishing in the spring?Spider or cranking and why.

    Spider riggin, dont know about other lakes but on butla the fish stay in shallow water all summer long and its easier to fish in shallow water with minnows and jigs. Less than 10fow.

    I say cranking during the HOT months produces bigger but jigging in the late fall and spring.

    Minners for bigger fish but you'll still catch big fish on cranks but just abit bigger on Minners. I done seent Dang Feelay run away with to many CDC tourneys fishing with Minners to think anything else.

    Sometimes cranks catch bigger fish. Remember the championship @ Grenada last year.Thumbs Up:D
