    Default We Need Rain

We are super dry here. We haven't had any rain in three weeks now. Okatibbee is on a steady drop without letting water out. I cut grass yesterday and all I cut was seed heads.

Wish I could send you MO river water. We'll start flooding this week, and they say the leves will be topped for over a month. Worse than the flood of 93 for us.

We have only had 2 rains since early march.. Got 1.2" and .5". Dry as a powder keg here. Odd thing is that only a few miles east of here the mississippi and atchafalaya river have folks flooded out.

When you start praying for the rain, try and be specific about where you need it. We've already had our years worth of rain. About to starve us out---we just got to work in the last week or so.
