    Default Couple fesh pictures from the weekend


    Got home and put them on Ice til yesterday. Kept the 30 fish and ended up with 7 bags of filets and a nice Crappie Po Boy yesterday for lunch YUMMMMM

    Yea dad insisted that I bring him home some fish... So I did.... Then he insisted that I should clean them, that afternoon. Keep in mind I had been up since 1:30 A.M. and was ready to get home to a cold beer on ice... Guess I kinda owe him for all those years of takin me, but a nap sure woulda been nice!

    Yes they are G. Would you believe I had never had a crappie sandwich until Scott made me one. That dip that Pam makes is his secret ingredient.
