Problem is boat is PAID FOR! Sponsors sent a cashiers check in my name and F&F's and had to pay all up front.

Threaten them with an attorney. Turn them in to the BBB for sure.

Thats the trouble with paying for something up front. Once they get their money, there's no pressure to finish the job.
