    Find you a Strong tall limb, hook the back tie down hooks to a hoist and pick it up vertical... Be a lot of things you can work on..

    I know a certain feller that got his boat off the trailer by unhookin the front strap and backin down a steep ramp. Only thing is, ya need to tilt yo motor up really high so the skeg don't hit when it bounces off the ramp.
    All jokes aside, get ya 5 bottle jacks and 2 4X4's. Place one 4X4 under the front with a jack under each side. Use one jack under the jack plate. Raise the back and place other 4x4 under the back with the other two jacks. Jack it up and block under it til it's high enuff to clear the fenders of the trailer. Once you get it up, place several tires under it so ifn it does fall, it won't hurt ya.
