Go to paypal.com and follow the instructions. Basically, they'll give you an email address and paypal notifies them through that email they have received money. Once received, they can transfer or request a check or whatever.
If buying cross country, I tend to work through all the fishing sites. As long as they have some history on the board and I don't get spooky on them for some reason, I just trust that it'll work out. So far, I've never gotten burned.

I would have them send it COD, that way you could look at it before you hand over the cash.

IF they'll do COD that's good, but most times they want to make sure theyre getting paid for their merchandise too. You gotta look from their side.;) Where's their guarantee about the money? Just saying....:rolleyes:
If it's expensive you will probably either have to trust them or go get it yourself.
