    Got a little storm repair and additions going on at the house. It's a good idea to make sure the contractors ain't gonna mooch off yo homeowner's insurance ifn the have an accident.

    The first thing a safety inspector does is take pics. It's called CYA. You'll need pics when you get their insurance cancelled.
