Default mid September on Wolf Lake for the MCC Championship

What can I expect? Sure the crank bite will be on pretty good but what about anything else? Spider rigging and long lining. Think Wolf lake Crappie will be burning it up then or slow as the dickens?

I heard some folks did really well on stink bait last year in September.

I don't know how all this high water will affect the fishes, DD. This much water hasn't affected Wolf since 1973. I'm looking for a good late summer on the lake, but you know how my hunches go to pot. Typically, this lake is a good late summer lake using trolling, single poling or long lining. Cranks will work early morning and late p.m. It'll be interesting.
