Tush, I heard a report of em being caught in 2 foot of water around gum trees first of the week. Not sure what there is to it but might give ya a starting place. Getting to 2 foot water may be a challenge in itself. According to rivergages.com it is going over the emergency spillway.

Tks. Rees, I got a few spots picked out on the map. Looks like the water is 5ft & less. plan on starting there, If that don't work the scavenger hunt is on. I plan on winning the fruitless fruit jar!!!!!

Dont think i have heard about anyone catching bream in butla.If i was able to go ,one spot that i would have to try is the rocks on the dam, just sayin.

Well Me Jim, I didnt make it to the rocks, the wind was BRUTAL.the one fish I hooked up I couldnt get out of the bush. So I got the ole Butla spanking!!!!

At least you were fishing. Butla will spank you as bad as any lake out there and worse than most. But when it pays off.........WOW!!!!
